- Vehicle and loss information you submit, including year, make, model, mileage, damage description, date of loss, location, and claim number.
- Files you upload to the appraisal calculator, including repair estimates and supporting photographs.

- To respond to inquiries, prepare preliminary estimates, and produce certified appraisals.
