These Terms of Use govern your access to diliberoappraisalgroup.com and the appraisal calculator (collectively, the "Site"), provided by DiLibero Appraisal Group ("DiLibero Appraisal Group", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services

DiLibero Appraisal Group is a Rhode Island appraisal services business operating under R.I. Gen. Laws chapter 5-3.2. DiLibero Appraisal Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice through this Site. No attorney client relationship is formed by your use of the Site, by submission of any form, or by ordering an appraisal. The Site provides educational information about diminished value, total loss, and related auto insurance matters; it is not legal advice.

2. Calculator and preliminary estimates

The diminished value calculator and any preliminary estimate produced through the Site are informational only. They do not constitute a certified appraisal and are not court admissible. A certified written appraisal under R.I. Gen. Laws chapter 5-3.2 requires a separate engagement and a fee.

3. Independent law firm referral

If your matter requires legal representation, DiLibero Appraisal Group may, on request, provide referral information for an independent law firm. Any legal engagement is governed by a separate engagement letter between you and that firm. DiLibero Appraisal Group does not represent you in any legal matter and does not share fees with referred counsel except as permitted by applicable rules of professional conduct.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Past results do not predict future outcomes. Each claim is fact specific. The Site does not guarantee any specific recovery, settlement, or outcome.

5. User submissions

Information you submit through the Site must be accurate. You grant DiLibero Appraisal Group the right to use submitted information for the purpose of preparing an appraisal, contacting you, and performing related professional services.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and trademarks on the Site are owned by DiLibero Appraisal Group or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Third party content

The Site references third party data sources, including J.D. Power, Black Book, NADA, CarFax, and AutoCheck. Those marks are the property of their respective owners. References do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be error free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiLibero Appraisal Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for an appraisal, or one hundred dollars if no fee was paid.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
